Wellness & Fitness Center is situated on the main campus with 11,000 square feet of space, it has an indoor track, weight room, aerobic studio, treadmills, bicycles, steppers, climbers, and an aerobic super-circuit.

The wellness staff provides personal training sessions, body composition analysis, and fitness testing. Health and nutrition seminars and incentive programs are offered throughout the semester to students to enhance their state of well being. Locker room and shower facilities are available for those who choose to use the facility before or after work or college, or on their lunch hour. The facility is open to the employees and students of the college, as well as the members of our community. They can attend classes, seminars, nutrition and fitness testing and counseling, as well as personal training, all at an affordable cost.

The wellness staff will provide expert, accurate information, remain current in their field of knowledge, and will respond in a timely manner to suggestions made by the members. The wellness staff will work as a team to achieve these goals.

The Wellness & Fitness Center will be closed when the college administrative offices are closed. Please arrive at least 40 minutes before closing time to complete your workout routine. Be prepared to leave the WFC facility at closing time. Facility hours of operation are subject to change without notice. Signs will be posted notifying participants of this change.

In order to get credit for your workout, there is a minimum requirement of exercising for 30 minutes in the facility and a maximum time limit of two hours. You can workout more than one time per day. Please give yourself at least a four hour break between each visit.

Services & Amenities

Personal Training: $40 (6 sessions), $80 (15 sessions)

Improve your techniques and enhance your motivation! For this incredible price, you can call for an appointment to meet with a certified personal trainer, one time per week, for six weeks, or for the whole semester. Sessions will last from 30 to 45 minutes depending on your needs. Chose from programs like nutrition, weight loss, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training. Appointments are scheduled at the front desk.

Body Composition and Girth Measurement: No Fee

Includes two tests per semester and consultation.

Complete Fitness Test: No Fee

This includes a resting heart rate and blood pressure check, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Results will be compared to national norms.

Lockers: No Fee

Lockers are for daily use only. Please bring your own lock. Locks must be removed after each visit.

Towel Service: No Fee

There is no fee for towel service. However, we have a limited amount of towels. To ensure you have a towel, please bring one from home.
